On the occasion of our customer survey in March this year, we promised to donate €5 for every customer return. Thanks to numerous responses, we were able to raise €1,000 which we donated to the SOS Children's Village Lippe in Schieder-Schwalenberg.

The high participation of our customers in the customer survey not only supports the SOS Children's Village, but also reflects the trust of our customers and honours the performance of our team," said Hubertus Hasse, SynFlex Elektro GmbH, at the donation handover on site.

The SOS Children's Village Schieder-Schwalenberg is one of the five largest of its kind in Germany and looks after around 80 children and young people. A good 50 per cent of its receipts are from donations. Every week, the Children's Village receives 4 or 5 requests to take in new children and young people.
