SynWrap – Wrapping Tapes Polyglas tape SV3
Polyglas tapes are winding tapes made of unidirectional glass fibers impregnated with a thermosetting polyester resin in B-stage.
Polyglas tapes have a high tensile strength combined with a low elongation and high moisture resistance after curing. The resin system shows sufficient flow during the curing process to create a compact and durable winding or bandage.
Application
Polyglas tape is suitable for banding all kind of motor rotor coils and overhangs. It is also used for tying cores, coils and columns of dry and oil transformers.

Type F – Klasse F (155 °C)
Type H – Klasse H (180 °C)
Delivery forms
In tapes of 200m length.
Standard width: 10, 15, 20, 25 mm, other widths on request.

The necessary time to achieve the requested temperature of the object is not included into the table.
