SynTape® – Electrical Adhesive Tapes SynTape® H.564

SynTape® H.564 is a SynTherm® YT511-based, flexible aramid adhesive tape with synthetic rubber adhesive and is permeable to impregnating agents thanks to a strip-shaped adhesive application (depending on the material used).

Due to the strip-shaped adhesive application, SynTape® H.564 is very easy to process and offers high dielectric strength and a solidified winding after the impregnation process, which leads to improved heat dissipation and quality improvement of the end product.

Application

SynTape® H.564 is used as winding head fixation, insulation and for phase separation. SynTape® H.564 is also used for masking self-supporting coils and as strain relief for supply lines. Due to the carrier material used, SynTape® H.564 is preferably used in products that have to guarantee high thermal stability - SynTherm® YT511 corresponds to thermal class H and has a UL94 V-0 classification.

Standards

RoHS-compliant acc. 2011/65/EU.
